VERIFY YOUR CHARGES AGAINST THE PLAN’S EXPLANATION OF BENEFITS (EOB) Cobblestone Dental is OVERCHARGING I have been going to Cobblestone since Dr. Fernandez and consider myself a loyal customer. During my last visit in October 2025, they reimbursed me with $99 dollars that were charged in June 2025, because my dental and medical plans paid in full the June 2025 bill. In October 2025 I just had a cleaning procedure and upon completion they asked me to pay $60 dollars. I mentioned that my plans covered the full amount of the procedures, as they just reimbursed the $99 dollars from the prior visit, but they charged me anyway. During the following months, I received the Explanation of Benefits from both my plans and noted that they covered the whole amount again. The negotiated rate for the procedure was $82 dollars, dental plan paid $45.10 (55%), and my medial plan paid $39 dollars ($39 dollars per visit). Therefore, they were paid $84.10, or $2.10 more than the negotiated rate. Still, during my following visit in April 2026, their records show no balance in my account, and they refused to reimburse the $60 dollars that I paid in advance. Awesome experience! My jaw was locking up on the right side and I was unable to chew all of a sudden and they fit me in for an emergency appointment to help me out. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming and the doctor was helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them!

Absolutely amazing! Staff is truly the best. Very professional, detailed, welcoming and genuinely empathetic. And Dr. Viera has truly blessed hands what have otherwise been an agonizing experience has been smooth, and supportive thus far and I could not be happier for her to be my Doctor on this journey to fix my smile!

A great experience from the start. I’ve had some issues with my Invisalign buttons, and they were able to fit me in right away and take care of everything quickly. That level of responsiveness really stood out. The office is extremely organized, there’s little to no wait time, and everything runs very efficiently. You can tell they truly respect your time and the quality of care. Overall, a very smooth, well-run experience. Highly recommend.

My family and I have had an excellent experience at this dental office. The entire team has been incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. From the moment we walked in, we felt comfortable and well cared for. The front desk staff made the check-in process smooth and the office itself was clean, modern, and very organized. The dental team took their time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure we understood our treatment options. Dr. Viera is not only highly knowledgeable but also gentle, caring, and patient. My mom was taken care of so well! The Dr. and Team provided excellent care to her. For my husband, they explained everything in detail making sure he understood his treatment. Dr. Roa was also amazing! My hubby is impressed with the services at this office. Our overall experience has been amazing and we are so happy we found this office!! I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care with an amazing team in a friendly and professional environment.
